Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Under normal circumstances, we use Canada Post for all deliveries.

Note: We ONLY offer shipping within Canada via Canada Post. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

Shipping is not available outside of Canada.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this occurs, we issue a full refund for the product minus shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like the items, you are welcome to place a new order through our website.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Common reasons include:

• Incorrect or outdated address: Please double-check your shipping information when placing an order.
• Failed delivery attempts: Most couriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning a package.
• Refused by recipient: If a recipient is not expecting a gift, they may decline delivery. We recommend letting gift recipients know a package is on the way.

Canada Post Strike – Shipping Update to Note

If Canada Post is strike, we’ll prepare alternate courier options to keep your orders moving. Deliveries may be handled by Purolator, UPS, or other national couriers.

• A valid street address is required — unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes during the strike.
• Order deadlines and delivery timelines remain the same; we will notify you if anything changes.
